Kimberly Faith Lowe was born in New Haven, Connecticut. She graduated from University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She attended Law School first, at the University of Arkansas and then at the University of Louisville Law School when her husband was stationed at Ft. Knox, Kentucky. She is licensed in Arkansas and Missouri. In 1995, she opened the law office on the square in Waynesville as a solo practitioner. She maintained her solo practice until 1997 when her husband David joined the practice. Shortly thereafter, they formed Lowe and Lowe, L.L.C. Lowe & Lowe, L.L.C. has been a member of the Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce since 1997. Lowe & Lowe, L.L.C. has also been a member of the Committee of Fifty and the Armed Forces YMCA for many years. Lowe and Lowe, L.L.C. has been a proud sponsor of the Kiwanis sports program for many years. Kimberly’s areas of practice include personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, contracts, real estate, business organization, estate planning, probate, general civil litigation, adoptions and workers compensation.
Kimberly and David have three children; Grace, Sara and Jonathan. Kimberly coaches and plays volleyball and softball. She plays volleyball in both co-ed and women’s leagues around the state. She also coaches her daughter Sara's travelling club volleyball team.
Kimberly and her family participate in mission work in different parts of the world. The specific areas of support have been to Panama, Columbia, Cuba, India and Iraq. Kimberly and Grace have recorded a CD of which the proceeds are used to benefit the mission work. They took a mission trip to Panama and were better able to understand the nature of missions in a different country.
Kimberly is also an active supporter of the military in the area. She supports and participates in the annual Marine Corps Extreme Cross Country Race and the Armed Services YMCA. She has been active in supporting the family and military personnel of the deployed troops. Her husband and law partner David deployed to Iraq for a year in 2007-2008.
